During the Covid -19 crisis we will be meeting via Zoom Groups. These are open groups (mixed issue single sex). Please connect with us if you need a support community at this time. We will need your email address to give you an invitation to join! The sessions are being filmed and posted via vimeo weekly during the present course and will be available later on this site.

We are running the 10-week course ONLINE. Zoom support groups are held on Thursday evenings from 7 pm - 8:30 pm. Everyone is welcome. BATTLEFIELD OF THE MIND | SEMINAR

This is an interactive seminar to gain a deeper understanding of the mental battle involved in tackling addictive life-controlling issues. We take a closer look at the issues of temptation, triggers and relapse. For more information, please email recoverycourse@allsouls.org.
